November 3rd, 2008 by Egan C. | Filed under Fat Loss Exercises, Weight Loss Exercises.

If you know anything about fitness, then you know that in order to achieve maximum fat loss you have to combine a healthy diet with exercise. There’s no way around it.

However, the exercise doesn’t have to be some super intense weight training workout, or a cardio class. It can come in the form of walking.

Yes, simple walking for as little as 30 minutse per day can help reduce your fat levels. This can be walking on a track, treadmill, or on the sidewalk.

You can even walk to the store for once, or park a little further away than you usually do at work, or at the mall.

Take the stairs instead of the elevator.

Take a pair of sneakers to work and go for a nice walk during your lunch break. It’s a great stress reliever and will prime you for the other half of your work day.

There are hundreds of ways you can implement walking into your day. Make a plan to walk 30 minutes per day, every day and by this time next year, you won’t even recognize yourself in the mirror.
