Did you know you could lose up to 10 lbs next year simply by including a simple walking plan into your daily routine? Walking at a brisk pace for as little as 30 minutes per day, 5 days per week will do the trick.

Walking is low impact enough that it can be done by almost anyone healthy enough to walk, and unlike other forms of exercise, it can be done ever single day, anywhere from 1 to 7 days per week.

Of course, it’s also low intensity so the calorie burning effect is cumulitive. Within a year (if you’re about average size) if you’be walking 5 days per week for 30 minutes each time, you can can burn up enough calories to equal about 10 lbs.
