Everyone wants sexy sick pack abs. That’s one of the main reasons abs exercises are one of the hottest, and yet, most controversial topics in the fitness and exercise industry.Every Saturday morning, you can find every type of ab gadget, gimmick, and exercise machine inundating your TV with hype and the promise of washboard abs.
